Besides traditional real estate, we also trade and invest in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT). These are securities that trade like a stock on the major exchanges and owns—and in most cases operates—income-producing real estate or related assets.
Commercial Real Estate
Commercial property, also called commercial real estate, investment property or income property, is real estate intended to generate a profit, either from capital gains or rental income.
Residential Real Estate
Our most common real estate category. We finance and sell condominiums, co-ops, townhouses, duplexes, triple-deckers, quadplexes, high-value homes, multi-generational and vacation homes.
Industrial Real Estate
These include manufacturing buildings and property, as well as warehouses. The buildings can be used for research, production, storage, and distribution of goods.
REIT
REITs own many types of commercial real estate, ranging from office and apartment buildings to warehouses, hospitals, shopping centers, hotels and commercial forests.
